I've never really learned raids or high level combat stuff and figure the league is a good enough excuse to finally try learning that. I glanced at some stuff other people were doing and thinking something like this for my regions, based on what I enjoy and also the goal of doing some raid stuff later:Desert (I like Tempoross and Giant's Foundry, and figure this lets me learn ToA)Kourend (I like Wintertodt and this region has a lot of nice general content for most of the stuff in the game, and of course it has a CoX for me to try and learn that)Morytania? (The slayer buff relic sounds perfect for me and I imagine I'll want black masks, you need Morytania for that right? Of course this also lets me do ToB eventually, but learning Barrows seems like a simple enough earlier combat bridge)I think I'll probably go ranged because I keep hearing people glazing it and practically unlimited ammo right away makes it sound like a good time to do that. Not sure on melee or magic for the 2nd, maybe magic since I'll already have desert for that magic book. Any big issues or suggestions? I haven't started leagues yet from work but can tonight. what's the consensus for weapon styles? I've heard ranged is great but also that you don't necessarily want the 5th and 6th points for it because they have little impact if you're using 2 or 3 tick weapons... does going magic 6 and ranged 4 make sense? I play melee primarily in the main game so the idea of experiencing the other side sounds nice, but I can certainly be convinced to do melee if it's strong enough to warrant it here.
