And then the baseline of the content is nearly braindead and then they make the other end of the content the most annoying shit ever to do, which alienates a lot of people who want something engaging but doesn't require hours and hours of progression.1. Criterion/Variant? People want some harder dungeon experiences? Okay let's design some dungeons that are probably at nearly the limit of difficulty you can make a dungeon.2. Nureka? Let's add a raid that requires a ton of people and organization that is not easy to do within the game (oh and we'll make the process for even executing on successful organization as painful as possible)3. PT? Okay now you have to get 4 people who want to do Quantum with you, or you can just play alone for 8 hours or whatever and get a solo clear. I don't think Quantum is as egregious cause it's just 4 people. But the capstone being something like maybe a harder extreme trial or even a chaotic raid would've been more attractive to the playerbase.
