Played through all the lessons. I like that some of the Copy Abilities are expanded, like being able to shoot behind you. Game feels really good essentially there's not going to be any issues with transitioning from the original game at all.

The best glow up has to be the Bulk Star as it's now viable star with a quick charge and long lasting boost gauge. It's a little hard to control so it's kinda advisable to brake pump with this star often. I will say the star goes back to being dog shit if you're using a rider whose turn stat is sub optimal compared to Kirby's like Kawasaki or Rick. Literal unplayable. Kirby or any other character having a higher turn stat than him like Cappy (Highest turn stat in the demo) makes this star useable. Rex Wheelie doesn't seem too bad this time around so I'm excited to use that again in the next test. The regular Wheelie still has that dog shit turning I don't like so that's not getting touched. The Wheelie Scouter doesn't seem to have a strong brake power compared to the GC version but I'm fine with that. I'm also surprised this game can still send you into mach speeds like in the GC version without any lag too which shows how well optimized this game is.

GGs to everyone, decided to clean up this doodle from last night, one can only dream... But man, like I said, I literally never got to play Air Ride before, this was very great! Definitely see why people fell in love with it, City Trial is incredibly addictive. Air Ride's also very fun, the stages are absolutely gorgeous, it's very nice seeing Ult's engine (or at least a derivative of it) being used for stuff other than 2.5D fighting, it can pull off some great visuals. Definitely hope the store nearby gets this day 1, need it as soon as possible. I will continue to cope about Elfilin getting in as my consolation prize because I know Elfilis sure as hell isn't making the cut.
