There's an interesting psychological element to the whole thing where you might appear less "human" by not using voice, and therefore more prone to do bad things or something. Protip: when you run and start sliding down a hill, and your raider starts to lose momentum, you DON'T need to run again before sliding again. Just hit the slide key repeatedly and you'll pick up your previous momentum.This felt like a cheat code when I first tried it, you'll see. I used to start running again after my momentum died down. Don't do that. Just hit slide button again. You can basically slide infinitely if you find the right hill (the sand dunes north of the "buried properties" on buried city are a good place to try this out)

honeymoon is over, there is no endgame. pvp movement and gunplay is not satisfying, a massive amount of jank slowing things down to feel like gears of war while rubber banding and desyncing during action. pve progression is shallow and quests are mmo style busywork with only a handful giving a good reward like a skin/bp or showing you to a cool hidden area. at some point it's hard to ignore the fact that pvp and the wipe mechanic are tacked onto an existing product and are not polished. the civil war between the pvers and gankers in the community is a symptom of "pvpve" as a default game type without a clear bias towards one or the other. carebears will be driven away like every other pvpve game and there are no mitigations in place prevent it. I wouldn't call DayZ a pve game but it does have annoying bots that punish you for loud playstyles, essentially serving the same gameplay function as arc. I hope the devs listen to the feedback there are some pretty gamebreaking issues that need fixed.

Didn't know blueprints were so important desu. First one i found was wolfpack in my 3rd or so raid and anvil shortly after but i never use crafting. Have 1mil at lvl 42, almost done the caravan. Dont have sec breach perk and am 16 lvls away. Just sneak about and find hidden backpacks and stuff, dead raiders etc.Been doing ok with ferro or anvil 1 and throwables.
