You have the three strongest players rush for the elites(memorize the map since there's only two layouts and they're fairly simple) while the fourth just waits at the locked phase 2 door. As soon as the elites are down that player rushes in and starts the cap while the others come back. Finish taking all the points, leave the fourth weak player as the one finishing the final cap while the strong players exit and make their way to the chest defense. Strong players concentrate on fucking shit up while the weak player focuses on gathering keys and body blocking when elites spawn.It's hardly any different from a regular clear except you have someone starting phase two ASAP and that same person being the last one left to finish phase two while the others go ahead.
