The whole gun is radioactive though, and in the trailer you can hear the guy talk about pills that Hadron gave them. He's talking about anti-radiation medicine, he just doesn't know it. Plasma Guns aren't radioactive (in 40k), so Hadron wouldn't be giving him pills for a PG. The dialogue only makes any sense if it's a Rad weapon, which is why when they were pressed on that the CM didn't respond to those questions. The guy who said that they probably intended to give Vet rad weapons and then GW stepped in to kill that makes a lot of sense in retrospect as that's a very GW thing to do. The idea that Fatshark constantly needs to yank planned content based on the whims of some unnamed GW liason is honestly a colossal cope that I very much doubt holds any basis in reality. Other Warhammer games by literal who dev teams play pretty fast and loose with established lore and get away with much goofier shit, but I'm supposed to believe that Fatshark--a company in good standing with GW that now has three successful Warhammer games under their belt--can't deviate a single iota from some super sekrit GW rulebook? I'm not even saying that GW isn't frequently anal about their shit because they obviously are, but that doesn't hold up as an excuse in this case and quite frankly, it never did. ball busting difficulty that actually requires team play to succeed as solo clutching is extremely hard. Crusher spam, mixed armour congo lines, multiple boss spawns, twins spawn in mission, captains spawn in mission + other modifiers like healer enemies etc. Its hard to get into because everything under H40 is stuck with people not good enough to make it so the climb upwards can be extremely frustrating. 90% of games are played with meta builds that are largely similar (dueling sword, flame staff, krak grenades etc.). You get 3 attempts per rank or you derank down 1 but once you hit true level 40 you can't derank anymore and at that point you can finally mess around with anti meta stuff although you'll still have to pull your weight or you wont win the game.

We need to somehow keep the normies putting pressure on Fatshark over the next week. There is a solid chance that someone has a change of heart and leaks something if that occurs. Someone has to know what's up because the release date is the 2nd, and they had to have playtested the class extensively just like they did the Arbites (Mr. E confirmed he did during that time period, he already had timed videos made with different builds, weapons, etc.) Perhaps they got spooked and tightened the net, but we know that FS has a number of regular testers they use who aren't internal employees. Tranner's useless but in his big tantrum that eventually got him kicked out of their creator program, he was spilling shit left and right about how Fatshark did things.

Then there was the debacle from when Hank and his retard cohorts accidentally leaked on Reddit that the Veteran was next on the block to get skill tree overhaul during Ogryn's huge dry spell when Havoc came out; which pissed off so many people it caused Fatshark to drop that shit and drop the Ogryn rework with next to no warning. I wouldn't be surprised if insane sycophants like Hank made up most of the testers, but they also need higher level players too to check H40 runs. Such as the one Ogryn player a few people here seem to know, I can't recall his name though, just that he thinks Hank is a retard.

I find that Psyker is in a weird spot right now. Psyker has an extremely limited number of weapons that are viable for high difficulties, such as havoc. As one anon already said, Psyker is meta so it's not like they're a shit. It's kinda boring when most top builds revolve around applying soulflame to some degree. I want to see the other staves get some love and maybe a new staff or two.
