Upgraded my team trials golshi. She suvives 3600m longs. I wish she wasn't a witlet tho. Definitely should have pressed power a few less times and wit-speed a few more, but she's a massive upgrade over the last iteration. Was like 3SP short of upgrading Ramp Up to It's On! so had to settle for maverick and SD.Something I realized on this run is the difference in corner/straight skills now. for short races, style/length corners/straights are still generally better. more speed per SP. For longer races, the generics like adepts / swinging / beeline can trigger 3-4 times a race. They cost more but if they even proc just twice they're way worth the cost.

I just finished watching season 3 and honestly it was pretty disappointing. Kitasan was easily the weakest main character out of the three, her dynamic with Diamond was basically nonexistent, and the new characters sucked (except for Bakushun, who got almost no screen time). Her final race didn’t make me feel anything because I couldn’t bring myself to care about her or her struggles.And maybe I’m being autistic over a horsegirl anime, but it legitimately bothered me that Kitasan was forced to retire so early despite being way younger than the rest of Team Spica. I get that this series kind of ignores aging, but it still feels weird that she went from like 10 to 16 and then retired, while Teio and the others are supposedly still active.It wasn't terrible or anything but still a giant stepdown from comfy S1 and kino S2.
