Okay holy fuck I can see why Fina is so ridiculous now. Her AI is smart enough to rotate through all four elements and keep all buffs up and due to the way it works it's basically a multiplicative 51% damage bonus at level 8. With Twilight Tread investment or her i5 it bumps up to 60% and with both I'm assuming 68.8%.A nearly 70% effectively multiplicative buff with 100% uptime at i0 is absurd. Her i1 tacking on 24% PEN and her weapon easily building up to 90% attack is stupid. As if that wasn't enough her passives give a standard damage buff up to 30%(45% at i2) and 10% weapon damage for certain characters.
