Try to train where your supporters are, to fill in their friendship meters. An orange friendship meter is the goal. Later, your friends will tend to gather in their specialties and make them glow rainbow. Try to train there when this happens. When in doubt, prefer speed training, unless you're going to run long-ish races in which case you also want stamina. As a beginner you can ignore the other stats if you want.

Gave this deck a try for the first time with Unity Cup with pretty mediocre stat. SSR Sweep is kinda bad and even with 2 stam cards I still got less stam compared to running a creek + Riko. The facilities level being tied to your team ranking pretty much gimp your stat gains.
