If it was a redscripts related crash you'd get a popup before launch and a log detailed the specific reason of the crash. If it on launch then there's a borked mod. If it happens mid playthrough it more difficult to pin point the exact reason. The most reliable way is using the bisecting method.

it's not entirely clear why it happens, it could be multiple crashes that are unrelated but i'm pretty sure it's mostly netrunning related as i do have a few netrunning mods but they are kind of core to my playthrough at this point so i'm not keen on removing them.

the annoying thing is that the crashes don't happen reliably, i can go 3 hours without one, or i can get one within 15 mins of booting the game up, so i can't force it to happen. thanks though

Oh you are the anon trying the daemon netrunning mod? Just make sure all those mods are compatible with each other, because if they touch, overwrite or use the same script or function or whatever at any point that might cause the random crashes. Good luck.

might be a different anon but i'm using "better netrunning(updated fix version), daemon revamp and breach(takedown,unconscious). as far as mechanics it's all working together pretty much perfectly. lots of fun and makes netrunning rewarding but not OP. only rough spot is that cyberpsychos/bosses generally aren't hackable so i need to have a hybrid build for some combat which i'm using smart guns and it's working good

There was an update to the framework that was supposed to let Kala's Eyes work with the 2.2 addons and ostensibly CCXL, but it didn't do anything when I installed it; they're still all that show up in the CC, which admittedly is fine for now, but yeah I do feel like I'm just waiting for them to stop working altogether, and it kinda makes me that much more loath to try 2.3

Oh, I thought you updated to 2.3 already, supposedly that was the handle update and made the game more stable. As far as the eyes goes, unless there's another patch that adds more CC stuff rellacers will always work so I wouldn't worry about that.

NTA but it's okay the first time around for the story beats but on repeat runs it's an absolute slog. You're just shooting gonks with a gun in a corridor with little room for nuance. And maybe it's just me but that part always has a tendency to crash at least once when it's modded. Don't know why, it runs fairly stable otherwise.

Is is possible to have a mod setup that completely removes damage and health calculation from level, stats, perks and skills, and moves it entirely to weapons, cyberware and body armor?
I don't think a bullet to the head should do more damage just because you're "really good" at shooting pistols. I have no problem with RPG mechanics but it's fucking my immersion.
