The abyssal in generally are excellent tanks thanks to Gladiia, having Amiya Medic here also benefits them a lot with her % HP heal talent. Ideally you want some anti air dedicated ops, so some other Sniper would fit well, Typhon, and Poz have big range or deployables to utilise their ability to sit mostly anywhere on the map solo. Since most of the team is physical damage, Shamare helps a lot as well by amping their damage output and the AKT debuff on the doll is like another medic for keeping their health high but better as she doesn't directly heal their massive health bars, just decreases enemy damage. Arts damage and crowd control is good for them as well since only Gladiia S3 and Ulpipi S3 are reliable CC, Mostima or Gnosis can be handy to bring with them. Muelsyse if you have her gains greatly empowered clones off the AH team buffs and uses ranged tiles well which the AH team doesn't use so she is an excellent opener for them too.

Eyja2 buffs HP with her talent and specially S3 which is quite noticeable on AH, and Haruka in two months is their BiS healer giving a combined 51% damage resistance with Gladiia. If that's too busted, Rose Salt's S2 being a damage delay helps them a lot buy time for Gladiia to heal and her talent has natural synergy with Ulpianus talent to increase his self healing.

From what I see, the crux of it is just that EF compared to AK is trend follower compared to trend setter. Endpipi is written with modern gacha standards in mind so added someone to verbalize the protagonist's thoughts (Genshin had Paimon, HSR gets M7 etc). Think Morgana Persona 5
