I can confirm Rebecca's AI just stops pressing E sometimes at the higher wave counts. Rhythm is in theory a lot easier because her Q just does all the work and you can stand on higher ground, never once being threatened. You can do it such that all filthoids spawn within range.

Now imagine you had 10000% crit damage and added the same 100%, 10000% -> 10100% is less significant of an upgrade, but it's still an upgrade. The problem is that the mod slots are limited, so by going all in on one multiplier, you lose the damage that could've been had from using some of those slots on different multipliers. You just have to plug the numbers in the damage formula and see for yourself, there's no universal rule like "crit is not worth it after x%".

So far I used my books (daily green ones) mainly on wedge pokedex while trying to reach TR55 and after reaching TR55, on defence missions because I needed a lot of skill materials and loli coins all of a sudden, dropped some blue books on wave 3 even. Defence was a really tough fight before I put in effort into building charas with +5 wedges.
