There are actually a ton of skins in game actually. It's just that the devs made the inexplicable decision to make a dozen characters' skin have the same design. It feels like such a weird decision, because if the next BP's will have the same rewards, they'll have to repeatedly release the same design for a bunch of characters each patch, which saps resources from the more financially rewarding situation of developing 3 or 4 unique skins for 3 or 4 different characters.

If 90% of people running a particular script all keep the default settings(and this is being generous; fewer than 10% would realistically change it) it's going to be easy to detect that very "natural" behavior occurring repeatedly.
