Yoma isn't enough to fully bridge the gap and get him to the chaos equivalent, which is why Demonoid is basically the race for Reaper in addition to Nero, as it's the step he needs to get there. White Rabbit and Reaper and Chaos in general have a strong association with time magic, but Yoma doesn't have that.If you just needed Yoma then you could try to argue that Divine Yoma or any monster who learns how to manipulate some form of 'holy' magic should be able to perform chaos attacks. It's just a lot more complicated then that.
