This might sound crazy but if they're going to keep the urn on a 5min timer, they should just cut every urn's soul value in half. That way it's an objective that's worthwhile to do, and worthwhile for *part* of your team to commit to contesting, but it's also not the most important part of the game that requires mandatory 6v6 teamfights every game. You should be able to say "we've got three people committed to this urn, that's good enough, I'm going to push this walker/grab these sinners/go for this gank" and "showing up for the urn fight" isn't the objectively correct choice 99% of the time (the other 1% being to split push a walker). I don't play other mobas, but this is kind of how it works in league right? You don't expect the entire team to show up to every dragon fight at spawn time every time for the whole match, unlike urn?

Doorman really suffers as a character because of the kidnap shit. This change only happened because of the kidnapping, and it makes all of his other playstyles worse, and the worst part is that kidnapping is just bad. Its a bad playstyle with a low winrate, its vastly less efficient than just playing him normally, it deals less damage and it also just sucks to play against. Its a horrible gimmick that unfortunately exists and makes the character extremely hated, and now causes it to be nerfed. The people playing non-kidnap Doorman both get a bad rep and now have to play a worse character because of it.

And if you're going for Echo Shard, putting it on her 1 is terrible because you're paying 6400 just to throw 2 jars ever 30 seconds. Putting it on her 2 so you can summon 4 ghouls instantly is way more important (especially for urn fights). And honestly spirit burn is pretty terrible on her, should've gone for EE instead.
