Delaying the urn and having everyone shit on the enemy team while 50% resists is up is a play, but that needs coordination that you wouldn't find in pubs. What should happen is the resists should linger for a bit after the losing team deposits it. No resists if the winning team steals it because if they can't get urn with 50% resists boost they deserve to get shit on.
