Kjerag is good because it only needs 3 Kjerag operators to get their stack damage bonus (the 6 op isn't necessary, though it is a strong stalling ability), and also a lot of Kjerag ops are co-alliance with good sub-alliances (Pram with Aid, Gnosis with Agile, Snow Hunter with Precision, Deggy with Swift), so you have tons of room to basically build all the good sub-alliances, which is how you consistently beat Dire. Early game, just collect ops and get early/mid-game stackers. Along the way hope you get Pram1 or SilverAsh, and you should be good.

In fact it's even easier to win because they have a lot more stackers present to help you win easier. Even if you brick your core alliance Precision, agile and possibly even swift still fuck.
