Went through the localization files. It looks like if your Inquisitor survives, he basically sells Touma to Zerbe in exchange for you not being charged with anything. He also later throws a fit when Zerbe orders you to work with Touma post-Spires, there are some weird implications that he generally renounced Touma and wanted to either get rid of him or at least keep him away from you. Considering he generally gets on Zerbe's nerves all the time, sounds like the most annoying dogmatic monodominant around and him surviving means you don't become Zerbe's personal acolyte I just might kill him off in every single run on release. My final stance on Yrilet is that I just kill her now at various points in the game depending on my conviction. Dogmatic? Instant blam on Janus. Iconoclast? Killed after the betrayal. Herekek? String her along until act 4 where I kill and sacrifice her stone to Slannesh.
