>>569685839personally i've only ever had good experiences with western artists, they all worked fast and had good communication, but to be fair they were all smaller and cheaper artists and i've only paid them a handful of times. skeb is still the better system, you just send and either get the pic or get a guaranteed refund. i think the closest thing for westerners is vgen but its harder to get into it vs skeb so most people are stuck with paypal and dms
