First you will never miss a creep, second they will consistently die under the effect of the steal, effectively converting the stolen hp to damage. I reccomend leveling this first and putting your first 3 ap in scarabs. At lvl 1, 2 creeps health stolen give you 880 hp which is frontliner teir. At t1 you are stealing enough hp to be the highest health in the game. At t2 you are stealing 500hp(which also converts to damage on the wave so you get prio ez)Tornado pre-rework was a bit bait to use aggressively, now its 100% bait to use aggressively(before you max it.) Thats not saying you cant dodge a stun while finishing someone off, its just that using it for its stun without using the i frame and evasion mindfully is a punishable strategy. The knockup it gives is not a stun btw and the enemy can still shoot/cast abilities/parry while in air. If you are playing against an echoshard mirage you can stun him while lifted to great effectMark is lowkey nerfed, moving its power to t3 makes it beyond worthless until its maxed and you have items. Some things to know about mark is that excess firerate can hurt your stack speed. If you need literally 12s to get max stacks then adding another 2s reload is not wise. Cdr is what you want to reduce the stack speed but a while back they nerfed cdr stacking so you really just want one or 2 big sources and disregard the little ones because when stacked they become negligible(enchanters for example becomes >3%)His ult is pretty straightforward but I would say just try not to hold it forever. If you have no good targets sometimes its good to just teleport to the other side of the map. There could be someone rotating to you in the fog of war and you cuck them without even realizing

Why is every pro building full spirit abrams? It looks so ass. Zero lane pressure, zero 1v1 potential or damage threat.
