Then they realized that the shit they needed to fix was a much larger task than they anticipated (the rebase), probably due to all the custom shit they coded specifically for Horizon as opposed to contributing to the private server repos purposefully made to avoid issues like this. (This also isn't the first time a FFXI private server has shot themselves in the foot because they went far too long in development before rebasing.)So we are here -- where they've decided to release ToAU and finish up whatever is left after ToAU goes live. Except now, they will ALSO have to fix everything that's going to break when they rebase.So long story short, you can expect ToAU to get turned on, you'll be able to walk around the zones and play BLU, PUP, and COR. And then you won't have shit to do for the next 2 years since that'll be how long it takes them to finish the ridiculous workload they've created for themselves.Please look forward to it!
