I like it. I use it a decent amount in DPP UU. Scrappy gives it a lot of tools to whoop the ghosts that run rampant through the tier. I ran a revenge killer with double priority using fake-out and sucker punch. It doesn't have too many niche sets it can run, but it's fun to use.

>>56448492Reeks of devs coming up with a functional monster design early (it's like a kangaroo with a baby in the pouch, but it's also a cool fighting kaiju-dino!) and then struggling to actually implement it in the game throughout all the changes and refinement in development. Its signature move is just a Normal-type punch, just like the monster itself lacks any sort of strong typing traits so it's lumped in with Normal. You can only find it in the natural preserve where a bunch of other rare 'misfit' monsters are found, and it's only used by an important NPC trainer a grand total of twice, with Giovanni in the Celadon Rocket HQ and in Silph Co. It's a bit of a misfit even for the self-proclaimed strongest trainer and mob boss, as even though it evokes strength as a kaiju creature, it's not within his Ground-type specialty. And then in extended media Giovanni gets Persian as the extra-special pet monster.Still, despite all this neglect that you can read between the lines of RBY, it's a pretty cool mon, innit?
