Regigigas is complete dogshit, worse than a legendary has any right to be.I know that everyone who tries to buff it suggests getting rid of Slow Start, but it has that ability for a lore reason and I don't think it should lose it.Instead, I've thought of a way Regigigas can be viable even with Slow Start.Simply give it 338 base Attack, and 218 base Speed.

It is still a meme ability but it can be useful in niche situations. Obviously I object to giving Delcatty an evolution, her design is already near perfect and an evolution risks making it worse. Your image is a good example of that, look how it butchered Delcattys simple but perfect neck pillow-like collar. Why is it so front loaded now? Why does it have a tail tuft at the front? And what is sad is this image is much better than most Delcatty evolution/mega evolution images. So yeah I would prefer this just to be a change to Delcatty and not apart of a new evo, there is not too much you can go without either making it over designed or a completely different design.
