In the early years of Pokemon, it felt like GF was trying to build up Lance as this powerful figure that would be a reoccurring staple of the series, but then he kinda just disappeared.

I mean, the anime made him part of some secretive detective unit, and it was shown operating in both Johto and Hoenn, and most likely had a presence in Kanto, too. This is of course in addition to his Elite Four status and a master of dragon types, which back in the early days of Pokemon, felt like it put him in a legendary trainer class.

>>58576370I am quite an explorer of accounts on pixiv, twitter and poipiku that sometimes don't use tags and such for their art dumps, so through years and years my fav pokeboys collection grew a lot so that I had to use an external drive for back up just in case. And now some AI artists are so good with prompts that you don't see the shit from two years ago with glitched anatomy and missing OG design signature details, some AI even made look complex Pokemon design like organic artist drawings which shocked me more than how fast the AI adapted to the human characters. I like the new art dumps from the AI but traditional artists who love specific trainers have the props of finding new interesting scenarios and interactions for them and an artstyle that keeps them distinct and enjoyable but have to admit AI is also getting good at replicating artstyles nowadays but is also locked behind the rare skills at putting quality prompts to deliver great results.
