Pretty much this.
Unless you have a really specific fetish for feeding/ect, (which itself is usually control/power, but has enough else going on besides I'd consider it distinct), or are envisioning this as a means to an end for another kink (say, inflation) this is just going to be a control/power thing. Not too out there, there's textbooks out there exploring the roles of power and control in sexuality better than I ever could.
