>>59297848Change "I mean" to "and" and this is fixed
>>59297851facts
>>59297853frfr cuh i love black cock and kalos
>>59297858>Kalos out of nowhere
>>59297848Ghetsis is such a chad
>>59297876>seethes so hard over losing that he has a stroke and becomes a vegetableGiovanni mogs
>>59297848Ghetsis here subtly hinting that he's actually acting with selfish motivations, way before the big reveal at the end. Genius writing, though probably went over most people's heads.
>>59297884masterpiece. they don't make them like this anymore
>>59297848borts worship this
>>59297879Nah this is based. I love explosive reactions and uncompromising standards.
>>59297879To be frank, I also would have an aneurysm and stroke if my absolutely flawless plan involving gaslighting entire nation into becoming obedient and defenseless would be stopped by a ten year old kid... twice.I guess it does not help that Ghetsis is implied to be really fucking old so he burned his entire life just for this. Entire fucking life went down the drain because of some shitlings.
>>59297896What's wrong with that pic? The mf just had a slip of the tongue revealing that the whole plot was his selfish desire instead of being what Team Plasma overall wanted. It's a common thing villains do in media
>>59297979It's pointless If the reaction to the boys finale is anything to go by people don't have any media literacy, people were shocked homelander was a manchild. Without stuff like OP these people would be upset at the '180 character shift' he does later
>>59297979Borts praise BW story as deep and mature, and the the writing has Scooby-Doo tier dialogue
>>59297979His true motive is extremely obvious, so it seems ridiculous that anyone would fall for that. It's extremely infantalizing. It's what I would expect in a fucking Elmo movie or something, not in a Pokémon game. It's super childish and one-dimensional.
>>59298654Wow good job for figuring that out! Do you want a medal?
>>59297979>It's a common thing villains do in media made for retardsFixed
>>59297848Why not just roll with it anyway? No one would have thought what he said was suspicious. He's pretty much equal to N in terms of importance in the organization. The stutter is what arouses suspicion.
>>59298656Anon asked "what's wrong with the pic" and I explained. Dunno what you're pissing your pants for.
>>59298686You didn't preface your mild criticism of gen 5 with three paragraphs explaining how it doesn't matter and other games are also bad. That triggers lots of gen 5 fans on this board.
>>59298730others gens aren't pretentious, everyone knows the story is just functional for the gameplay, the problem with gen 5 is exactly that the game (and the fans) pretend it's important, it's not, because GF didn't care
>>59298744>do not interact. Do not feed Koyawnie.>says guy that talks about him every chance he getsI didn't even say anything bad about gen 5. I'm not sure why you're seething so hard.
>>59298654>It's extremely infantalizingIt's almost as bad as PMD that has Dusknoir mysteriously smirk before pretending he doesn't know shit about the protagonist's background. Literally just retarded storytelling decisions that scream to the player "JUST IN CASE YOU'RE TERMINALLY RETARDED, THIS FUCKER IS EVIL AND HIDING THINGS FROM YOU" because they have no faith in either their audience or their ability to tell a story normally
>>59298789>It's almost as bad as PMD that has Dusknoir mysteriously smirk before pretending he doesn't know shit about the protagonist's backgroundI totally agree, but i feel that's a bit more "subtle" than Ghetsis. Anyway, both are bad writing and i'm sad devs treat kids like stupid
>>59298789Or maybe they just don't care about MUH VILLAINS because pokemon is more about the protagonists and his friends to begin with. When you have less time with the enemy and certain characters, they have to be more blatant. Are you really expecting a heavy backstory to explain his motives for the villain here?
>>59298798I genuinely think the twists could have been fine without any foreshadowing. As long as you don't have them taking actions that would harm their true hidden agenda, I think it's fine if they just keep things concealed.
>>59298813If it's just them not caring about the villains, then there's no need to create heavy-handed foreshadowing. Just have them turn and make their betrayal when it makes sense for them to in the story.
>jannies delete post urging others not to engage with genwarring bait>genwar thread is still upwtf is this kind of moderation?
>>59298893>talking about how bad some dialogue is is genwarring
>>59298893BW2 is fantastic, because it removes bad dialogue
>>59299015THREE BULLETS faggot, we all know you spam these kind of threads daily, you have several genwarring threads up right now. If jannies did their job instead of jerking themselves to CP they would've banned you long ago.
>>59298789>>59298798Anon, the average kid that plays pokémon really IS so stupid that they need those "hints" to understand the plot. This is a franchise for autistic children with their age in the single digits.
>>59299015how the fuck is it bad
>>59299122Kids that are able to read aren't THAT stupid. A 4 year old? Sure. But an 8 year old? No.
>>59299163That's the problem, they make a game filled with text whose target is 4 year olds, who can't read. They are hilariously stupid
>>59299159Cliche, unoriginal, simple, etc.
>>59298789>dusknoirat the very least dusknoir isn't the head of an organization you have come into direct conflict with MULTIPLE TIMES at this point in the story, and dusknoir was helpful in multiple regards before the twisr. but ultimately >>59299122. this is a kid's series so it's going to have writing kids can understand. and i say all this as an unironic bort
>>59298654I see it more as for the sake of the surrounding characters in the game instead of the audience. The audience has already tangled with past villainous teams so they know well enough that someone like Ghetsis is obviously evil. If BW was their first game they would have already gotten an inkling that he's not to be trusted because of past experiences with similar villains in other media. The characters themselves aren't that lucky. They've never seen other teams like that before and Plasma might as well be the only one they know of. They don't have the same outside knowledge as the audience does
>>59299281Nigga it's obvious without any fucking context or knowledge.
>>59299391
>>59299398She'll look in the box. Not because I don't have theory of mind but rather because Sally noticed Anne had a peculiar nose and early life section.
>>59299398>Ghetsis be like "The marble is in the bo- I mean in the basket!"
>>59299398>In the Baron-Cohen et al. (1985) study, 23 of the 27 clinically unimpaired children (85%) and 12 of the 14 children with Down syndrome (86%) answered the Belief Question correctly. However, only four of the 20 autistic children (20%) answered correctly. Overall, children under the age of four, along with most autistic children (of older ages), answered the Belief Question with "Anne's box", seemingly unaware that Sally does not know her marble has been moved.LOL. LMAO. This explains so much about internet fandoms.Autists are actually worse than the clinically retarded and should be all sacrificed
>>59299243still better than anything else game freak has put out
>>59299518Kek
>>59299558imagine being this jealous that you're not apart of the autistic hivemind. we all know where the marbles are and you never will
