I'm mostly curious about using Android TV as an emulation station. You could just FTP your games over and install Lemuroid from the Android Store.
But it can't be that easy or everyone else would be doing it. What am I missing?

I found FTP on Google TV to be an unreliable pain in the ass. They don't make it easy to do "phone-like" customization, but you can definitely make it happen.

It's Android, it sucks on real devices already, doubly so running on Smart TVs and other low powered crap that'll choke if you look at it funny. That's what you're missing.

I love it, it's what I use when playing outside my home, and it just works, also the touchscreen controls always worked better for me on it compared to other Android emulators.

It's superb and I love using it.
