i know this isn't tech support, but i don't know where else to ask.
have retroarch, sega cd, genesis plus gx core. loaded up the terminator rom. and pic related is the problem. i'm guessing i have to tweak some emulator settings? i have no idea. i've played several sega cd games without issue, this is the first one to be a problem.

Default version or wide? There's Genesis Plus GX Wide, don't use that for regular games.
