What did you expect. It's going to get worse.
>>12163692I also saw a guy trying to sell a non-working Wind Waker with a ruined everything. He specified that the manual smelled like piss. Just, throw it away at that point. He wanted 30 dollars
>>12163673people on ebay just add every thing to the title they can so their shit pops up first. just report it and move on.
>>12163673I emulate anything and have no such problems.
>>12163673>why are you say this
>>12163840Are you illiterate or just really, really dumb?
>>12163673>Can we talk about beating people who don't know how to sell games? They know what they're doing, they're just greedy.

I once saw a listing for a loose copy of Budokai Tenkaichi 3 where the disc was snapped in half. "For parts or repair," the description stated.
>>12163949>>12163951Never mind I lied, the case is in good condition, it's just housing literal biohazard garbage. Why do this? Putting that stuff in the case is only devaluing it. Take the artwork out of the case, disinfect it, slip the art back in, and sell that. It's really not hard
>>12163840>he's don't know is meme's
>>12163961>repair>a snapped disclolwut
>>12163848least arrogant ESL
>>12163969Tell him to kill himself.
>>12164205Unfortunately I don't feel like getting banned
>>12163673Retrofags are so fucking annoying, I always wash my ps1 etc discs with hand soap so your purchase is extra shiny, hopefully it scrubs away whats on the disc over time too.
Retro Gaming Stuff: I know what I got
>>12164324The bubble seems to be slowly deflating with the exception of very rare, popular, or revitalized games (obscure failures like the Neo Geo, pokemans, and 5th/6th gen horror games are good respective examples). I got a copy of TTYD for about 40 dollars, down from over a hundred a few years ago. Consoles in general also aren't expensive, usually under a hundred dollars, and even the fanciest flash cart won't exceed 250. There's hope yet. I have a pretty streamlined collection of mostly sub-30 dollar games and I'm getting an Everdrive 64 on the Black Friday sale
>>12164332>I got a copy of TTYD for about 40 dollars, down from over a hundred a few years ago. This is an outlier.
>>12164332If you dont really care, sometimes you can make a quick buck by just undercutting the median sale. Prices are so inflated you still make a good amount. I sometimes charge cheap but then gouge on shipping to make up for it lol.
I had a seller put tape on the top of my EUr Deep Fear discs to keep them in place. Stripped the label and the shiny part underneath when I tried to remove.By the time I received the discs and tried playing the game, the eBay time limit had passed so I was fucked and out a few hundred bucks
>>12163673>Can we talk about beating people who don't know how to sell games? They do know how to sell, they simply are using the system to their advantage to get their product on the most eyes. Probably in the hope some sucker will buy it without looking such as yourself. These aren't hot items, few sell every year so increasing your odds by any means will enhance the chance you get the money instead of another seller.Quite smart if I say so yourself. You complain but that's just because you're being cheap, there's options that fulfill your wishes out there but you are looking for a deal, and part of that process is sifting through a lot of bullshit. You either pay for convenience or you hunker down and look, wait and repeat until you die or you find what you want.

>>12164568>By the time I received the discs and tried playing the game, the eBay time limit had passedThat's on you, just tell ebay you haven't received your order before the end of the time limit and they most likely will refund you in full and, if you're lucky, you will also receive the game later.
>>12164332>The bubble seems to be slowly deflatingIt's hard to tell. Prices seemed to have plateaued for a few months, but it's a relatively high plateau.
>>12164332>The bubble seems to be slowly deflating I would more say the market is shifting away from 3rd 4th gen being the main retro markets to it being the 5th and 6th gen. I've noticed that prices have mostly stagnated with the NES with dips for the mid-priced games. Loose carts have taken the biggest drops in price while boxed games have remained high. I think what were seeing is that the generation that grew up with the nes is losing interest in playing the games and they're moving to buying boxed games for display purposes.
>>12164332I was looking at NES games on eBay for shits and giggles and the prices are actually more than reasonable. Most of the "expensive" games I saw were $30-$40 max and I rarely saw games for more than $15. I did see this though but it was the exception.
>>12163673>don't knowMore like don't care.Ebay gives you several suggestions of titles, pics and prices from previous listings. People just click whatever is the first entry because >uhh who cares I know what I got uhh it sold for X back then it'll sell for X now no I'm not dropping haha(he never sold it because it was severely inflated by some desperate retard back then).Besides I don't sell anything on these sites anymore due to how trash people are. I recall selling a genuine thing to this dude, who got it and then went into an hour long schizo meltdown including calling cops and death threats. Only then bothered actually checking it online and went "oh yeah sorry it's genuine bye". Can't even tell whether he tried to pressure me into a refund or a retard in general. Then I fucking hate greasy boomer cunts who want to "meet up and negotiate". Like nigger this is the price, it's below average anyway because I want to get rid of it stop sending me these messages I don't want to see and no I don't want to give you my address so you can "pick it up no shipping costs haha".
the title doesn't mean anything.when listing on ebay you>look for an existing listing of the item>click the "sell one like this" button>details all filled in, except pricing+description>type "yeah I shitted and farted and camed inside the case btw">set price 10% below current lowest price>sold to brainlet consoomer by the time the next monthly paychecks roll out
>>12164318>common hand soap>corrosiveYeah, retard much?
>>12167198>Literally the most common nes game.>$75
>>12168412In that condition no less.
