thoughts so far:
1)the controls aren't even as smooth as Tomb Raider 1.
2)this is the game that made me hate weapon durability.
>>
You should probably put the game's name in the subject area next time anon.
I know what game it is even though I've never played it but it's not a good idea to not mention it and it's easier to see in the catalog.
>>
>>12585001
the discourse will die when it dies.
>>

DEATHTRAP DUNGEON is fun but yeah, it's a bit cumbersome for what it wants you to do sometimes.
>>
>>12584994
this game is an exercise in frustration
>>
Any reason to play the playstation version?
>>
>>12585084
i couldn't get controller support for the PC version to work.

The filename that's missing half the title?
Anyway, I just reverse image searched the screenshot and it's Deathtrap Dungeon

>The filename that's missing half the title?
That's more than enough information to go on and you clearly had the tools to find it. Read a fucking book.
>>
>>12585176
How is that enough information if you don't have reverse image search?
>Read a fucking book
Nigger, you're really talking down on me because I haven't read a CYOA book for children?
>>
>>12585185
>How is that enough information if you don't have reverse image search?
because the number of 3d games called D___ Dungeon are fairly limited and it's not an obscure game or franchise. And you DO have reverse image search.
>Nigger, you're really talking down on me because I haven't read a CYOA book for children?
Among the earlier stated reasons.

oh boy i sure love timed levels.
did you know Deathtrap Dungeon didn't release until after RE2? and controls stiffer than TR1?
>>

I’m not listening to some anime ass faggot.
>>

You can easily tell what game it is if you actually played it. If you didn't actually play it you've got nothing to add to the discussion so you don't need to know what we're discussing anyways.
>>

>you don't need to know what we're discussing anyways
What if, hear me out, some of us are genuinely intrigued and want to try it out? Gatekeeping niggerfaggot
>>
>>12584994
Everything about this game is cool as fuck except the controls and camera. I remember being really hyped up for it before release, seeing it in magazines and then rented it and couldnt get past the second level because its insanely hard and unforgiving and then you must also fight the jank+controls+camera

Deathtrap Dungeon protips:
1)axes can phase through the matter of medieval wooden clowncars.
2)no seriously this was the genesis of my distaste for weapon durability.
3)T-Rex? just shoot it until it dies.

y'know, when you get used to the jank, it's almost something like fun. deep fried two T-Rexes, nice of the game to let you reuse the same dino trap twice.
>>
>>12585813
the pc version is slightly better i hear and the levels are completely different. Some dude was doing a playthrough of it years ago, but abandoned it for some reason. Shame cause i can't really find gameplay of that version
>>
>>12589637
i would be playing the PC version instead if i could have gotten reliable controller support.
>>
>>12584994
call me a zoomer but this game's framerate genuinely makes me sick
>>
File: level6.jpg (241 KB, 873x588)

i think the times the game doesn't put a save right there at the start of the level are bullshit. that's basically the game holding you hostage.
>>
>>12585892
>Board is filled with people too dumb to look at the fucking image
Gen Z is over with
>>
>>12585813
The level isn't actually timed, just the minotaurs, and if I recall you can't complete the level without them being released anyway.
>>
>>12592194
i got to the end just as they were released, i bet it's possible.
i'm sure there's bugs hiding here and there. i managed to noclip through a stone blockade on that level leading down a bottomless pit and run through to somewhere i wasn't supposed to be yet.
