As for me, no one else gets any new armor proficiency even at promotion. Spellblade gets a slight upgrade and is finally able to use heavy armor, but not heavy weapons. He can't use the Defense sword, which probably means he can't use Excalibur.

Beat Astos using time mage shenanigans. He would start with rub, killing a party member first round, so I reset the battle 4 times in a row. The fifth time, rub failed and my silence spell took effect. The fight was trivial after that.

welp, despite being at the end of the dungeon aside from TIAMAT and WARMECH(maybe), I had to run back and heal, so I decided to see if I could use XCALIBUR

so...apparently, after finding that traveller seeking a legendary weapon, and getting XCaliber forged, you can head back to the big old bridge.

and for surviving the gilgamesh fight, N'Wah learns BLITZ...which is literally just a better spellblade. Lets you cast the spell and IMMEDIATELY swing with it, the only caveat being it hits a random target.Anyway, I'm calling it for the night since it's late and we're at image limit. Probably tomorrow, I'll continue in a new thread.
