...oh my god. I said that before it got to Spaghetti's turn.His harp attack killed 6 of them in one shot.So Harps in this game do a small amount of guaranteed damage that ignores defense to all targets. It's not impressive - he usually does like 5-7 damage...but the pirates only have like 6 HP.

I now have two harps with affinities: one that's anti-undead, and one that's anti-caster. he does 40-50 damage to everything on the screen with that affinity.

As for me, no one else gets any new armor proficiency even at promotion. Spellblade gets a slight upgrade and is finally able to use heavy armor, but not heavy weapons. He can't use the Defense sword, which probably means he can't use Excalibur.
