You can switch weapons freely, with no penalty, so all the buff weapons (Knight's Sword, Anchor) are really, really good. You have to balance your guilds' reputation, money management, your RPG stats for basic turn battles, your sister's stats to unlock the various NSFW activities with her, and much more through events you do throughout each day. It's surprisingly complex with its mechanics and multiple endings. There is some carryover between replays to make subsequent playthroughs easier. The cherry on top is the foreplay. It makes me repeatedly hard to the point of shooting blanks a dozen times a day. I'm not sure if it's tldr enough for you, but the game is on sale right now and there's an NSFW patch on the dev site. Best h-game I've ever played, tbdesu.

Gameplay advice though: defense and evade increases your speed by 50% until your next turn, so it can desync turns to your favor (or not). Also, you can swap weapons during your turn which can be used to use buffs of one weapon on another and whatnot.
