Till today, my favorite of the series is still the much maligned FF8. It was the first FF I've ever played, though the way I view Squall certainly changed as I aged.As a kid, Squall was the cool one. As a teen, Squall became just a little too edgy for my liking. Because he's responsible and 'collected' he gets pushed to lead when he wants to be left alone causing him frustration. I think Pekora will hate him for being a moody to begin with but will love the assassination attempt and how he grows from there. It's a good game and one of the more unique ones of the classic FFs. She will of course be obsessed with Seifer though
