If you mean the /pcg/ and its splits, it's because it's night time in America. As for /pkg/ and /ppg/, they are dead corpos and, if the anons aren't gfeschizos (in the case of /pkg/), they have mostly moved on (/ppg/).
And it's not just those generals and half of /pcg/ that have moved, there's also /tsunx/, /vrex/, /vag/, /mans/, half of /vsj/, half of /lig/, a decent chunk of /flip/ and /mint/ and /pyon/ (any thread with post number >850k).

I think that's unlikely. While I'm relatively new to the wider phase community, talents seem to be allowed to keep their own style. I mean, compare Lumi to Clio and they couldn't be more different.
So far Saga appears to have an almost hololive-like vibe. I do wonder if management wanted to give that a try, or if it was the girls themselves who decided on it. Either way, it seems to suit them and nobody is going to mess with something that works.

I hope we get some 1-on-1 collabs between the girls
