Keychain. Anything like that, and shine your camera on it. I used to like having a daily tarot card spread on mine but I stopped because my paranoia was telling me the camera was a risk. Anyways you could have a dry erase board with daily/streamly goals you want to accomplish on it. Really there's a lot more you can do than become a foot model, and paint yourself a target for a tos fetish ban.

Consider scheduling a time during stream to fulfill your role a a character actor, and perhaps consider rebranding your main vtuber as regular guy with a twitch a channel who likes video games. Switch into your fancy lore rich character when the inspiration swells inside you, and switch to regular guy streamer with a regular guy cartoon avatar when the time calls for it.
