When you come of age, drink in extreme moderation. Never let it grab hold of you. Youth is a boon, your body will not recover the same after 24, practice taking care of your health now.

And please, do what I wish I would have:
Go to therapy early. Pay attention to your feelings, learn who you are inside apart from what your desires are.

Be kind to people, never screw over a close friend, even if they stay your friend decades later, you will always feel that guilt.

Good luck, life is beautiful, spend more time just being present.

work out regurarly

put money aside for bad times/invest

learn useful skills that you can turn into side jobs (online courses/weekend courses)

think twice before you buy stuff (do i really need/want this snack/headset/clothing/beverage/car etc.?)

don't be afraid to try out different activities/work/lifestyle

don't be hindered by thinking about what others might think about you

if you really like a person, don't be afraid to make a move if you get a yes then great, if you get a no then you're free.

limit alcohol consumption, weekend parties and special occasions only.

These are a few thing i regret not doing when i was 19-24, when i look back there was nothing really stopping me, my body, my mind, my social life and my economy would be better if i did that.

Might be a mobile wallpaper.
If ever you're stumped in life for what you want to do, take a really shit job. A bad job makes it pretty easy to figure out where you want to be. Also, envy is good, use it as a motivator. And don't drink much alcohol, people might treat you like you're weird but oh well.

>>

>>
>>7651057
Don't listen to this anon, OP. You SHOULD stick your dick in crazy... just wear a rubber and don't make her any promises. Crazies will be the BEST sex you'll ever have. Lots of anal, lots of swallowing, even some 3somes.

From a 34yr old, I say stick your dick in as many qts as you possibly can. That "happily ever after one-true-love" shit is just for the movies. In real life, you'll regret forgoing a variety of sexual experiences in favor of setting down young with one girl. When you get older it'll be a lot harder getting good pussy unless you're wealthy and tall. You'll be older with a fat dadbod.

The #1 reason women file for divorce: lack of intimacy (aka sex).

>How can this be?
>I thought men were always horndogs.
>I thought women were mostly asexual

Wrong!
When you're in a relationship, you'll see how easily a man can get bored of the same ol' pussy, while the woman (now feeling comfortable enough to fart around you) suddenly wants her pipes cleaned out on the regular. The conundrum is that she'll also get bored of sex with you.

To Travel in time is to travel to a foreign country on the other side of the world. To that aspect, your own self has changed over time as well. Your are not who you where 5 years ago, and you will not be the same person in five years time. Everyone is a confused ape clinging onto a dying rock floating in an endless confusing void that seems endless itself, but in itself has an end. Everything ends, no matter how hard you try to resist it

Is this a sad thing, no, it's beautiful. Its absolutely beautiful. You can call everything meaningless, but how can there be meaning in and endless loop? We are but a brief whisper in a cosmic sonic boom, but that whisper is important, and always will be. Yes, one day, everything will be forgotten, but what's the fun in immortality anyway?

Maybe there is an afterlife, maybe we all live multiple lives. Maybe there's nothing. Does it matter? no, not at all. Live for yourself first, Live a life you will be proud of. Not life your parents will be proud of, or your friends, or hell anyone, Live a life where you can say you did everything you could to do what you wanted. Remember, its your life, don't ever forget that. Only you will ever have ownership over it

Don't be too comfortable where you are. Don't be so OK with the status quo that you aren't willing to take the effort to change.

It took me about 10 years of my adult life to learn this. I was happy with a job I had, but in reality it was a bad job and I was treated poorly. One large event caused me to finally get fed up. I got a new job and learned that some workplaces actually appreciate you personally and what you bring to the table, not just how your position affects their bottom line.
Not only was I much happier at the new job, but I also climbed the ladder so much faster that it was unbelievable. I am in a much better place mentally and financially than I would have been had I stayed at the other job, and I probably would be even better off had I left sooner.
All this to say, don't be afraid of change. Sometimes it sucks, sometimes it's a good thing, but it will always happen no matter what. Oftentimes you come out on top when you make the change yourself instead of waiting for it to happen to you.

don't listen to this person for the love of God OP, you know you can what he's like by the way he talks. You don't want to be like this.

Find a good girl to be steady with, work out daily, and just find a hobby you're passionate about. When you're 34 you don't want to be talking about how important anal is to your happiness.

Learn what is actually valuable. It's not money, it's not status, it's not abilities.
It's knowledge, perspective, intelligence, kindness, and wisdom.

But also learn what society values. Society values money, status, and abilities. These things are dust; they don't make you better and they don't make you happy. But you'll have to navigate the world we're in. Fish have to swim, and bears have to eat them. You'll have to make your way in this world, somehow. So do it smart. But do NOT be fooled into making it your identity. That's not what this life is about.

i turn 24 this year; having been to therapy after watching people drink themselves into madness and screw over everyone they love, i can say my health feels pretty fucking precious. mental and physical.

my advice is to read more. look into things you haven't heard of before. any amount of research into a passing interest adds sparse but quirky data to your brain, and over time you knowledge base either grows in breadth or depth and will enrich your life.

I think if you're on an imageboard looking for life advice and not wildin' out at 19, you're already in a good spot. No joke.

Luck is increased probabilities that are improved by action.

Just about everything you encounter these days is marketing, down to how people talk about themselves.

Follow what interests you. This one is key.
Develop good morals. Mistakes will be made. It's a process.
One day you'll be okay with who you are and you'll have a community of like-minded people around you to boot.

And start stretching sooner rather than later.

>And throw in some life advice
How to attract the RIGHT woman:
b e
y o u r s e l f
Never be "someone else" for a woman, no matter how much she thinks she wants you to change.
What women are attracted to:
1. men who know who they are, and act that way
2. men who are financially secure (or are elite tier profession but not financially secure: artists...and really just artists, maybe classical musicians)
3. women REALLY like nice shoes on men, for some fucking reason
4. a lot of American women care about the kind of car guys drive, some in Asia, too; Euros not so much (except for women from lower classes)

How women lose respect for you:
1. you, for example, watch romcoms with her, watch Hollywood gossip shit, other girly things with her
2. many women, Asian cultures for sure, but also North American and Euro women, will ask for oral sex but will not respect you if you do it (go figure)
1.

Happy Birthday Anon.

"GO PLACIDLY amid the noise and the haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible, without surrender, be on good terms with all persons.

Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even to the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story.

Avoid loud and aggressive persons; they are vexatious to the spirit. If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain or bitter, for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.

Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your own career, however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.

Exercise caution in your business affairs, for the world is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals, and everywhere life is full of heroism.

Be yourself. Especially do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment, it is as perennial as the grass.

Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth.

Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.

Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here.

And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should. Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be. And whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace in your soul. With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be cheerful. Strive to be happy."

Being a wage cuck for 15years (don't get me wrong here I get through with my house and everything) I will tell you this: study as much and as hard as you can and keep networking. One of these will do but if you have both you will smash everything, I stayed behind with my education and settled with a late bachelor's degree and low level jobs that just payed above min wage to get as much work experience as I can and at the end of the day it didn't mean shit. But if I moved early with a master's and devoted to that things would be entirely different because you get to a whole new category of people who will connect you to another world and lifestyle entirely. That's my penny, study hard and network.

I grew up in a big poor family. My parents, refugees, convinced me that the best way to get ahead was education. They begged me to go to university, but I didn't listen to them and almost failed out of high school.

Still, people told me I was very smart. I never believed them, I felt like it was just something that people told kids failing in school to make them go to school. It wasn't until I started dating a girl going to one of the best unis in the states and I realized, no I was actually just really smart.

I started to try really hard, following her example with the idea that I could make it.

What a joke.

Last year, I got into an Ivy. I was ecstatic, doing graduate school here seemed like such an amazing opportunity, something that would put me ahead. When I got here, nah.

The people here, the elite, they'll never let you in. They can smell the poverty on you and it doesn't matter how smart you are, you're not one of them. Even if you try your hardest, they'll gossip behind your back, blacken your name, sabotage your work, and try to embarrass you in class to bring you down to where they think you should be.

When you outsmart them (which happens often because most of them are just legacy students), they will not forget. They will stalk you, threaten you, and kick you while you're down.

The elite, if you're not born into them, forget it.

3rd world shithole life advice, but you are the only one you can trust and rely upon, and if you can't rely upon yourself, you are fucked. Start now to detach yourself from anything that doesn't align with the future you want for yourself, and work on it, it will hurt and you will probably want to an hero, but the reward from this self-imposed attitude and unfaltering Will to achieve what you want is worth the pain, the tears, the blood, everything.

It's a scary time to be a young person. We have to stick together. Take care of what's going on in your personal life and don't worry too much about what's going on in the world at large. Also, try psillocybin mushrooms if you haven't already. And do so around people you love and trust. It will change the way you see the world. Cheers.

Well said. Simple but this is really true. You will get stuck in your own head if you are by yourself too often and this makes it much harder to go out over time.

Lots of good advice on here. I will quote the 12 Rules For Life book that partially helped me get out of my 7 year hole I dug myself into. I really started fucking up around 19 and didn't start trying to pick myself up until around 24-26. Wish I could take those years back but it doesn't help to dwell on it.

"Stand up straight with your shoulders back"
"Treat yourself like you are someone you are responsible for helping"
"Make friends with people who want the best for you"
"Compare yourself with who you were yesterday, not with who someone else is today"
"Set your house in perfect order before you criticize the world"
"Pursue what is meaningful (not what is expedient)"
"Tell the truth — or, at least, don’t lie"
"Assume that the person you are listening to might know something you don’t"
"Be precise in your speech"

Also, to add to that, stay healthy. This world is full of diseases that are controlled by big pharma and hospitals. Research some health and learn how much we are being controlled by junk food and horrible ingredients. Eat real food. Like a cow. Or an avocado.

I was in a similar situation. I tried my hardest studying in med school, read all the required books plus extra papers, tried helping out in the lab as much as I could and yet none of my sincere attempts to be a decent human were accepted, instead being deflected and stomped. They burrowed into my sanity and overtook it, about that time I spent three months barely going out or speaking to people.

But then I realised I should shower more than once a week and it all fixed itself.

If you're going to college/university (or even if not) join a sports club/society. Don't waste your time with special interests groups - they're filled with mentally unstable people. The athletes on the other hand will support you even if you're not athletic, and you'll probably end up travelling to cool places too. And you'll get fit, more likable, better able to focus and more strategic. You'll also learn to make better decisions under pressure.

Don't be afraid to change course, OP. You didn't waste the time, you spent it figuring out what path you don't want to go down. That's a valid reason to spend time. I'm in two honor societies and halfway through a BA in History-Secondary Education and I'm almost certainly going to drop out because teaching just isn't what I want to do. Sure, it sucks when you spend time doing something and ends up it doesn't work out, but at least you can say you tried.
Set aside money whenever you can and do your absolute best not to touch it. This is a great point in your life to save money.
Go to parks! Local parks, state parks, National parks, all of them! Enjoy nature, OP. It's truly a wonderful thing.
There are some people you will want to save. The most you can do is urge them to get help. You have no obligation to destroy yourself trying to help others.
Stay hungry and stay ambitious, but learn to be satisfied. It's not an ecstatic, rambunctious, just-won-the-lottery happiness, but a calm one.
Take some time out of every day to appreciate the nice things you see. Whether that's a stranger you shot the breeze with in line, or a nice flower you saw, or a cool car. Nothing is too small to appreciate!
Always be yourself, especially with a potential partner. You can pretend to be someone else for a long time, but eventually you'll get comfortable and want to just be you.
I'm obligated to tell you to begome Catholic if you aren't already.
A board-specific tip: jump into any thread you see with The Old Oligarch in it. He's a great guy and has possibly the widest selection of papes on this site.

Might be late, but, at the same time, remember that your parents are people, too. It means that, following this anon's advice >>7653205, you should try and establish a mutually respectful relationship with them.

When they start abusing you, refuse to take you seriously, downplay you or some other shit, know you're in the right and don't let anyone manipulate your ass. That may feel tough and bitter at first, but it ultimately makes you future you a happier person whose strings are not pulled by his toxic family.

Sorry for no pape, anon, though. Happy birthday nonetheless.

Dubs don't lie.

When I lived with my parents, I used to drink tap water - it tasted heavens and never caused a single issue with my teeth or health or whatever. They live in a relatively small town and that's perfectly fine there. Now that I've been living in bigger cities for past couple of years, I have to buy my water and that doesn't sit well with me.

I wish had not developed the affection to the tap water from my parents' house. I feel like I'm being robbed.

Keep working on yourself. Doesn't matter if it's college, trade school or a job. Once you fall out of the race it's way harder to join again and people will raise eyebrows if you have "blank" years on your resume. And don't let yourself be tempted by escapism in hard times, be they media, drugs or something else.

Start learning about the things you love if you haven't already.

Develop your personality, discover who you are and what you truly want to do in life, something you enjoy, satisfies and fulfills you, not something that's been imprinted on your mind by your family.

Your 20s is the time to make drastic decisions about your life, don't be afraid to make them.

Don't focus on small things and don't pay too much attention to finding a partner and having sex, think about what you are doing right now and how this will affect you in achieving the life you are dreaming of.

Establish habits that will lead to a healthy life, be kind even if you don't want or have to, find trustworthy people that inspire you and make them your friends, always challenge yourself.

Honestly, it all boils down to having one life and trying to make the best of it.

I don't have any wallpapers to post, i actually came here to find a cool painting i saw some days ago, they make excellent wallpapers.

do what you want to do, not what someone else (your parents, your friends, society) tells you to.
if you feel like majoring in nepalese dance studies, do so.
at the same time don't waste your time chasing something you know is not worth chasing, acknowledge sunk costs as what they are.
learn to live frugally, so you aren't dependent on some means of income all the time. save a lot of your income and live a simple life.
don't base your happiness on products or any things you can buy, but on experiences or things you can create for yourself (reading books and listening to music is also an experience)
don't be too hard on yourself, if you don't reach your goals, if you haven't left your house in a while, etc. this does not mean to stop trying though
and lastly, take your time. life is a journey, there's no need to rush. sometimes you need to stop and look around as to where you actually are and how everything looks.
godspeed

As a 19 y/o nibba myself, the acknowledgment of the sunk costs has been mentally draining, and constantly on my mind.

Since we are the same age OP, I can't give advice that carries the same merit as some of the older anons. However I can tell you that at this time in your life, more than any other, you have to try your hardest to live in the moment. No, you should listen to him.
You should confront what you desire and what this anon is telling. Confront what other people think : why they think like this, what happened to them, how you can relate (or not) to that.
Maybe it does not echo for you, but it does at the some point for me.
I'm 28, only had stable relationships and somewhere in the back of my head, I think about how I should have enjoyed women more.
Now I'm with the woman I think I will marry; I just hope that I won't explode when I'm 40, married and with children, and throw it all away because I'm growing old.

If you want to reasonably be irraisonnable, now is the time: your body is at peak adaptation and regenerative power.
Don't make promises, protect yourself, fuck anything you want & can. If you don't feel like it, it's fine also. Don't regret it later.
Just be responsible, respect yourself and the other person.

ask the weed gods and the mushroom gods for advice, this is seriously the best advice i can give. they are always right.

the best time to ask is when you begin to peak.

when you are having a psychedelic experience you enter a state of heightened interconnectivity in your brain which enables you to see your true path with complete accuracy because you can communicate with your whole self.

and write it down because like a dream, enlightenment can fade.
Last time the shrooms told me to forget those who hate me because they're too stupid to understand me. They have told me how to break bad habits and better myself.

Do as you please and if you have goals work towards achieving them. If you don't work towards them and fall short, then it's obvious they did not matter to you that much. Of course you should have your priorities straight. You shouldn't spend your time playing video games when you have projects to work on for instance.

You don't have to take drugs to be a junky. Take care of yourself and go outside.

Accomplish something, it feels really good. Even just clean your room.

Don't chase girls. Difficult girls stay difficult. Focus on the ones that aren't hard work.

Be independent. Make a list of stuff you want to do and then go do it. You don't need a friend to go with you just go by yourself if you have to. Rock climbing, mma, gym, fun stuff but whatever you're into. Just lean towards stuff with a social element if that's something you need to work on. It was for me.

Buy property. Don't get a credit card. Don't get in debt (unless its to buy property).

Friends are important. Have people in your life you can be honest with and feel comfortable around.

If you hate your job find a new one. Just put in an hour a day towards applying for stuff and you'll find something. This applies to most stuff in your life you want to change.

Get your diet under control. Sugar and carbs might not be messing you up now but when you hit 30 a lot of people with bad diets start putting on loads of weight and getting health problems.

Mental health stuff is important, get help if you need to. CBT is really good.

Here's my experience. Life isn't a race exactly but great things are built on smaller accomplishments and all things take time. Try to figure out what does motivate you and continue to take steps to get there. Take some time to thing now and then. Meditate, write it down, take a hike, whatever it is that allows you to spend time with your thoughts.

College is good for a lot of people. Unless you know that you want to do something else specifically, I recommend it. Start with community college if you're uncertain and still trying to feel things out. But having a degree and no direction is a 1000 times better than having no degree and no direction.

It's ok to take your time. It's ok to be unsure about things. It's ok to have humble goals. It is not ok to expect things to just come to you. You can't make everything happen, but put yourself in the environments where opportunities can come up.

I'm 19 too. I'm still working at this, but don't waste time on internet crap like youtube and 4chan except for the small parts you genuinely care about (if any), and when you're done with those log off. If you don't really enjoy something and it's not going towards anything then you'll be thankful when you cut it out. Porn is the worst of all because it provides a false sense of purpose to your gorilla brain (that's how you get waifufags and namefags with huge collections on the porn boards, people praise them for their dedication but it's really sad) and it poisons your perception of the world, quitting wanking was hard but a really good decision. I don't know, you probably already knew all this. I'm constantly confused and know very few things.

Belated happy birthday OP!

Turning 26 in a couple weeks..

Some life advice I'd offer to my 19 year old self:

Look up your the salary ranges for your major/degree if you're doing the college route and make sure it's worth it. Also internships in your field >>>>> part-time jobs if you can afford to do so.

If you're doing the entrepreneurship route, you better be prepared to die for your dream.

You can't save everybody, especially those with mental illness and/or drug addictions. Don't be so hard on yourself if you experience this firsthand and find comfort in the fact that you did what you could.

Build your good habits now. Stretch, cook, exercise, drink water consistently, clean, meditate, budget finances (always be saving).

Speaking of finances, build an emergency fund of at least 3 months living expenses.

It's important to plan for the future, but don't live there. It's very easy to get swept up and swallowed whole by future anxieties. Keep your mind in the present as it's the only experience that is certain. Meditation and practicing mindfulness will help you in this.

Don't put love or lust on a pedestal. They will be attracted to you so long as you continue to work on yourself in becoming someone attractive. This goes beyond your physical appearance. Basically, keep your focus on being the best version of yourself, someone that you can be proud to be.

Many people are disillusioned by an apparent randomness and lack of meaning in life. Enlightenment comes when you realize that this void is your canvas to influence. Meaning in your life is created through your own thoughts and actions. Perspective shapes your reality.

Belief can be stronger than anything you are afraid of or worried about. It doesn't have to be religion. Find that you can think of at night, when you are lonely or when hard times come. A person with a belief unshakable by any means, will always feel fullfilled. A strong belief is the ultimate value.

Accept that premises and promises that the people who are not meant to be in your life are moving on due to their own. So alone and with anyone's expectations will bring false hope to use your logic, critical analysis, and critical thinking to make the most logical and reasonable decisions not only for your benefit.

here was a certain retainer of Ikeda Shingen’s who
started an argument with a man, grappled him to
the ground, thrashed him soundly, and trampled
on him until his companions ran up and pulled
them apart. The elders conferred over this and said, “The man
who was trampled should be punished.” Shingen heard this
and said, “A fight is something that goes to the finish. A man
134
who forgets the Way of the Samurai and does not use his sword
will be forsaken by the gods and Buddhas. As an example to
subsequent retainers, both men should be crucified.” The men
who had pulled them apart were banished.

Happy 19th Anon! My 19th pape in my folder.
Always be true to yourself, know the friends you have made to this point are your friends for life, don't neglect them or discard them when you eventually get married or get a gf or bf. Don't try to impress people, be yourself and you will impress them on your own merit. Don't pre-judge others, respect everyone and give them the benefit of the doubt. Keep a good work ethic and always maintain morality, work hard. Learn a new word everyday (my fathers advice to me). My father said to me to always carry a pocket knife when I was about 9-10 years old, as it may save your life one day. I have always carried one since, and it has. Never screw over a friend or take advantage of another, protect the weak, never start a fight but never back down. Good luck in life Anon, may you have many more Birthdays to enjoy.

Don't find excuses to avoid what makes you happy and makes you feel alive, as long as it doesn't hurt you or the people you care about (within reason.) You wont remember the hours you play video games and watch TV. Life starts coming at you faster now, much faster, and it's so easy to let it outpace you. Do everything in your power to avoid that, not by pushing yourself too hard but by staying true to your your drive, your passions, your goals and your interests. Let every day be a step toward what you ultimately want, and if you don't know what you ultimately want then take as much time as possible to explore. There's a whole world out there with more than is possible to ever exhaust. Never hurt your loved ones, but stand up for yourself when necessary. When you find love don't ruin it, and argument or a whore isn't worth losing your partner. Never take what you have for granted, and never tire of the gifts you've been given. Best of luck, and always be optimistic about the future.

First, OP, you need to open a Roth IRA retirement account and start contributing a little bit to it every month. Not at 22, not at 26, not at 30. NOW. Sounds boring, but taking a moment at your age to familiarize yourself with finances and investing can literally change your life and make the difference between you retiring at 45 instead of 65.

Secondly, you'll change way more than you think between now and your late 20s, so take advantage of your youth and experience the different flavors of life, be adventurous but not dumb, travel, find out what you really want in a mate, and constantly work on becoming a better version of yourself. Don't jump into marriage but don't wait too long to find a girl for the long term either, because once you hit 30, the dating pool starts getting shitty real fast.

Lastly, you'll get really busy in the next 10 years of your life, but don't forget to keep in touch regularly with your family and parents. You never know how much longer you'll have them around.

Just because you CAN drink a lot doesn't mean you should.
A bender every now and then is expected at your age, but if it becomes a weekly thing consider taking a break for awhile.

Weed is fun, but unless your name is Joe Rogan, if you do it everyday it'll put your life on pause.

Stay physically active. Learn how to do some basic lifts with dumbbells. You don't have to be a gym rat but the difference between people who fought gravity with basic weightlifting during their 20s and those that didn't will become VERY obvious once you hit your 30s. Everything compounds.

Save money, but instead of saving that cash in a savings account where it'll be subject to inflation and you won't make much, put it into index funds.

Don't make permanent decisions based on temporary circumstances.

You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. Choose your friends carefully–

As you do one day, so you'll do most days.

If you don't have a plan for your life, someone else does.
And chances are you won't like it very much.

Life is a playground where you get to play in the sandbox for a few years and then you're gone. Don't take everything so seriously. Have fun and make it your own.

Don't let first relationships and especially breakups ruin your golden age. You're young and relationships around this age generally suck. You're gonna hurt a lot but try not to think too much. People at this age generally don't have an idea why people get togather, stay togather, what it means being a good partner or how you are supposed to treat people in general and end up hurting themselves and others.

TL;DR don't let shitty dating experiences in young years ruin you psychologically/ruin your trust in opposite sex, people get wiser in their 30s/40s

Thirding.
Keeping a journal since 2014? has been fun. I haven't gone back and read any of my entries just yet though. I usually keep a couple pages blank in the back so that when I return I can write more about I wrote about then.

My advice is to get a blank journal, no lines or anything like that. So that you can write wherever you want and even draw things, even if you suck at drawing (I do) its still nice to draw little things that you see.
I usually get Moleskines :)

God no. This mindset is terrible and will only serve to make you narcissistic. Stories have structure, morals and a lesson to teach at the end. Your life doesn't. Stories are obligated to make sense, reality isn't.

BUT, I think the most important advice I could give is to work out. Get to the point where you're working out 5-7 days a week and do this for as long as you can. If you fall off, get back into it. This will seriously change your life for the better.

Your need to learn how to behave with people and thing, make your bed each morning, clean your room/house, never have to think if today you can or not have someone in your place.

Find people to paddle with you, learn how they behave before becoming their fren, measure the size of heart and the though of their spirit. Learn to discern people showing of or being true.

You will get hit, you will failed, you will be beaten. When it will come to you, be the better of yourself in this kind of situation. You will hit some one, you will success, you will be victorious.Life is struggle, win and loss. In any case keep moving forward.

What you do is what you are to other people eyes, they are not on your minds and even if you said so if you do the opposite your words mean nothing. Think before saying something, and double thing before yo do. The two need to match but never be afraid of saying and doing.

Don't always think about it, sometimes you have to slide down obstacles head first, professionnaly, amically and even most with love. It's all in or it's nothing.

And finally be a example, not nesserly a leader, but a exemple. Someone relatable. Keep yours words, bring back to your friends, community or whatever. Even more if your introvert, make your action count. Never quit something. Even if it's not perfect, stick to it until it's done. Don't ever stop to learn something, never stop being a better you today that you were yesterday.

If you do this, the world we start to care, and you will care too.
