I hope this isn't too difficult, but here's the idea I had:1. Get rid of the border, including "The Punisher" logo. Keep the part that says "If you're guilty... you're dead."2. Make it 1080 vertically. Cropping off the bottom instead of, or more than, the top will keep the character more centered, but you do what looks best.3. Extend the sides equally until it's 1920 horizontally.4. Make the smoke look natural. As in "like it wasn't cropped on the sides.5. Make the black background look consistent in texture and color. (OPTIONALLY:) You can even make the background behind the character a solid black if that's not too time consuming.

Raise the top up to 900 and move the left side out to 1600. Then isolate one of the "FRAGGA"s and paste it around the white spaces in the same pattern so that it nicely/roughly-evenly "textures" the image. Then blow it up to whatever standard desktop resolution you can get without worsening the image quality. (If necessary I'm willing to accept 1600x900.)

Then lengthen the right side out to 3840 while keeping the background pattern. If you have to "straighten" the red stripes slightly to make this work then I'm willing to accept that.

Plus my software is garbage and it's limited what I can do anyway. I actually would have kind of liked to have done it for myself, because it's a visually striking motif, but I accidentally exited the program without saving and lost all my progress and I'm not going to all that trouble again.
