Looking for older photos of cities, or public life that are in color or have been colorized and are at least 1920x1080.

Anyone else feel like they should have been born way earlier and lived in these times? I would gladly give up internet and all the modern day bullshit to go back.

Internet is ok, but yeah, we have to go back to a non-multiculturalism world focused on beauty.

A mix of fashion and wartime rationing. Those dresses are cheap and easy to produce.

They might be made from flour sacks. They used to print patterns on them because women would use them to make clothing.

in america if you get any medical issues nowdays you might receive no treatment or end up losing everything you own, being massively in debt for the rest of your life.

So you might not even get treatment today

No one was walking to the shops barefoot in their pajamas, like they do these days

I love the old photos, they were poor but they put the effort in and did the best they could.
People are lazy and scruffy now.

I'm awestruck at the photos and videos of people walking through cities, in the summer, wearing suits and suit jackets from the 50's.

It's not too hard to believe.
I'm a tailor and I can tell you there were a lot more fabrics available at that time, think linens cottons, wool frescoes.
They would've been a lot more affordable too since there would've been more domestic mills making the fabrics and you'd have had local tailors turning them into their respective garments

Anyone knows what that weird elevated booth is on the bottom near the right corner? It looks big enough for a person to sit inside but I see no ladder to get up there and why would you need someone posted there? Especially since the paid parking lot seems to have a booth behind the trees.
