>>7897106>picI think the pic is actually a daytime photo where the sky was blacked out and the road color also darkened. Look at the street lights. They're not on.
we used to be a real country
>>7900115not even american and I feel bad for your country
>>7900118x2
>>7900168
>>7900115still going strong.>>7900118if you're from one of the few countries with a higher standard of living than the US, it makes a bit of sense at least.however, most anti-US posts and memes are made by people from pretty shitty countries.how a zoomer from spain or poland can think that they're doing better is beyond me. hell, even frenchies or germans shouldn't be too cocky.
>>7897111change the barn with a rund down adobe building and you have spain
>>7900111checked. also might just be weird lighting/camera/weather. Storm clouds can get really fucking dark in the desert
>>7900284What about the flag?
>>7897106this is a fucking nightmare
>>7897106>classicShit looks anxiety-inducing, but then again people had more opportunities to get money then and with less red tape and regulation so w/e
>>7901813theres clearly some weird color filter effect there
>>7900167A man could live a happy life just alternating between these four buildings.
Bump
>>7897106As a non-American, this aesthetic reminds me of when I was in elementary and middle school, and how I'd always watch A-Team or Highway to Heaven when I came home. Good stuff, my man.
>>7900274Eh, the countries you listed are a pretty bad example since I'd say Germany is on equal terms with the US when it comes to the living standard and whatnot, but as a Pole, I'd say that your countryside looks less shitty than ours, that's for sure. And your leaders tend to go for the whole "world sheriff" thing instead of "let's alientate everybody" shit that our govt's been doing for the past couple years.
>>7904291as you said, they might be equal. they have their fair share of issues. no need to be too cocky
>>7900274>still going strong.nah
>>7900168Must've looked like something from the future in the 30's.
>>7900115I find this comment both hilarious and heart breaking.

>>7897106Fun fact: some of these signs still exist. >t. ABQ resident
>>7906109how about you go and fuck yourself?
>>7900274As a spainiard from Spain, i can totally agree that your country is wealthier more prosperous and whatmore, but if you ask me where would i like to be born again out of these two options...It would not be the usa...I am living now in germany. I kinda see your point
>>7906109Feel free to post something better, then.People hear "Americana" and think 1920s-60s pop culture, art deco/googie design, and road trips. Basically Route 66.>>7900115I hear that, brother. We decided to become an open air shopping mall thanks to faggots like >>7903080
>>7907194>I hear that, brother. We decided to become an open air shopping mall thanks to faggots like >>7903080The fact that America today has become open air shopping mall is more because the car culture and the urbanism theories of people like Robert Moses and Le Corbusier than Black Panthers. Just look at what the streets of any city in the United States were like before and after, and you’ll see how much everything has degraded. The documentary "Citizen Jane" explains this process of degeneration very well.
>>7907359This image is an example that could be applied to any American city.
