I like that people make this kind of animation stuff on their home screens. It's very cool. Creative, too.I don't use them for the lack of trying. (A tutorial has to be somewhere.)I've stuck to variations of this set-up for four years now. Fancy animations would get in the way of me making a quick phone call when I'm outside.It started with Lawnchair's very unique At-A-Glance widget. Eventually I switched to Nova's dock rows and recreated the widget to the best of my ability in KWGT. It displays music information, time, date and notifications.It is a simple set-up, but it has permanently grown on me.It is so basic, in fact, that not even the guys that give 3/10 to absolute NPC-tier home screens in their mass reply posts completely ignore it. It's not like it matters since every fucking thread I reply to dies very shortly after. Even in very slow boards like /wg/.Why am I so fucking bitter all the fucking time? What is wrong with me? Has the stress finally caught up with me? I lose my temper at every other conversation. A minor inconvenience could ruin my entire day. I used to to be somewhat erratic before, but this is exhausting. Not even contemplating suicide makes me feel anything anymore. I know I wouldn't do it because I'm a pussy. A pussy that's simultaneously disgusted by and afraid of other people.I hate this, guys. I truly, really do.

So i swipe to access apps, or swipe to access music, and i can swipe or tap my way back to the center.The boxes are 3 main things, all on the root project folder unfortunately. One's the apps, just a stack layer with the middle item being a stack too, so I can order them in a diamond shape. Then two squares, each rotated 45 degrees. The first, right below the apps, has a Blurred BG effect on it. with a little dim and a little blur. Finally, and further back, is a stroke with whatever width you need. After that you just animate the 3 with the same animation, the same positioning. Repeat for the other 2 app groups with the position/direction you want. All's reacting on a BGscroll so its an easy animation to set up, just tedious to do it for every item.Once again, this is all in KLWP.
Switched to iOS half a year ago. It’s not nearly as advanced as android in customization but you can get some done.

I've tried to set up a custom launcher with MIUI 13 but apparently by doing so, you can't use gestures and that a big no-no for me. Is there someone who made it work?
