Any other game like vampire the masquerade bloodlines? It could be also a vampire masquerade or similar. Hopefully not worse than this one, and with better graphics.

Something that is close in some gameplay aspects (and has some women to deal with), but it's not an rpg, is Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. If you're struggling as a warrior like I did, I'd recommend playing a mage, it makes things easier (and a lot more fun too).
