so im gonna be honest and say i was pirating a video game then i clicked on the download link and a popup opened and the popup said "iplogger is checking the safety of your connection" and i closed the pop up faster than flash even tho i closed it should i be worried?

They can't do anything with your IP except rough location (city - might even be a wrong city)
they can ddos you but
1. No motive since you're a random
2. you can easily change your IP address by unplugging and plugging your router back in

To add, op you should be more worried about all the cookies you're carrying. Those are doing more than just logging your IP
