Is there any way to change the background color of certain sites forcibly? I really like this color its not bad on the eyes

If you're on 4chan you can select from the Styles to find a nice color. I like Yotsuba B. For a more general solution (and so you don't write a custom script for each individual site), you'll probably gonna wanna use a browser plugin.

There are lots of these plugins, but not every one of them works on every site. For Chrome-based browsers I found this one:
