Forcing yourself into more self-discipline isn't going to cut it.
The problem is that emotional repression is leading part of you to sneakily sabotage your conscious self and make the realisation of your usual schedule impossible to deliver.

You may think you're just tired, or that you have a headache, but the problem is rather the enormous amount of emotional repression that you are carrying on your shoulders.
This happened by design more than by fault.
In your tender years, you were in the care of people who found it speedier to just dismiss your feelings about certain situations rather than consider their validity and react accordingly.

There's much bitterness inside you, and the fact that you have been asked to shut up about it so not to spoil other people's mood doesn't really help.
