There's nothing inevitable about the hypermasculine revolving into trannydom. Most of them still have male hobbies and thought patterns. The reality is that one of the patterns they recognize is that men and women suffer in different ways, and they would prefer the latter. Kinda unrelated but autists are harder to understand than non-autists to Europeans than they are to Japanese and Chinese people. Specifically when autists communicate very clear but unorthodox information or in an unorthodox way Europeans have much more trouble understanding them then Asians. It's not an issue of intelligence because stated in a more popular way the instructions are perfectly clear to the Europeans.

We could use occult powers to play with that a little, change some things. I do wonder if part of it is Asians pay closer attention to what other people are saying because of their history of bloodshed and turmoil, how they evolved to be more socially aware and more careful than Europeans, but I'm sure that's not the only reason.
