It was only able to sync around midnight, much less going on. I put it by my window, with the watch face facing outwards per the instructions, and it took about 5 minutes for it to sync. The manual states it usually takes multiple minutes to sync so don't worry about it. I live near DC so if you live in a similar place, it should sync, you just have to wait for night time really

How long should a service take on a Seiko 5 roughly? It's been a month and I was told they don't have an estimate still after a month. I know to be patient but I think I should be concerned but I don't really have any expectations as far as time horizon goes.
