If any of you are interested and capable, all the encodes available for this show seem to suck. I think the ideal encode would use the PAL video cleaned up, with artifacts removed/mitigated, the cleaned up NTSC video for the extended scenes of which there are apparently a few, and correctly pitched PAL audio (it's wrong on the DVDs) or retimed ntsc audio.

A while ago I bought the complete series DVD and ripped it. I'm pretty sure it's all uncensored but I haven't gotten around to watching it so I'm not even sure if the episodes are correct (fucking DVDs storing episodes out of order). I didn't really know what I was doing but I think I properly deinterlaced it and encoded it using H.264 with --crf 16 so the quality is should be good, although it's probably excessive for the source (380~750MB per episode). I've never created a torrent before but I was able to connect and download from my server to my pc so I think it's good. I'll seed for a bit if anyone's interested.

1) Wire in the Blood. all i can find is 480p/576p dvdrips, which suck. TL has a 720p amzn web-dl, but i'd bet good money its just the same dvd quality re-encoded. if anyone has a better quality, please post it

2) Doctor Who 2005, s01-s04. these seasons are available online, ofc, but even the remuxes are poorly deinterlaced, poorly upscaled shite. if anyone has a proper upscale without horrible artifacts, i'd love to archive them.

3) Foyle's War. again, what is available is not very good. i think the versions i have now are some 720p rips from rutracker or something, except for the last couple seasons which are 1080p hdtv rips. again, i'd greatly appreciate a proper 1080p upscale

140gigs, claims to contain all of it, s01-s15. mixed resolutions, starting from SD in the early parts, climbing to 1080p for the recent stuff, but always the best available.

That would be perfect, but unfortunately I lost my dedication to TL when my father got sick and I downloaded stuff for him without a care in a world for seeding, now I got 33 hit and run's there lol.
My only chance there seems to be VIP, that costs about 35€ for 3 months, maybe if nothing shows up here or in sonarr for some time I'll pay for it I guess :(

I will, if my search goes nowhere. For now we are watching Breakout, that is very similar, probably from the same creators, but about prison breaks, but its quite short, it only has 2 seasons. When we finish it, my time for searching is over I guess.

I'm looking for a torrent or mega for the new classic Doctor Who "The Collection" blu-ray sets, I've got this pastebin from /tv/ saved from a few years ago but it's incredibly out of date now, I've only been able to find a torrent for season 2 and it has no seeders. The old pastebin https://pastebin.com/yDbBEYtE had seasons 10, 12, 18, 19, 23 & 26 but the mega links are dead now. Since then seasons 2, 8, 9, 14, 15, 17, 20, 22 & 24 have come out so I'm hoping to find those. I did own them all until recently and I was planning to make one huge batch torrent but I had to sell them to cover some unexpected bills so I doubt I'll be able to buy them back any time soon.

I've been collecting as many TV shows as I can find that aired from roughly 1970-1989. I'm currently at around 520 unique titles either found on torrent sites/Usenet or from buying and ripping DVDs.
