Yeah, pretty much. But keep in mind the ad was also really explicit about when it was and wasn't filled with helium.
It's exactly what they advertise, but it gets boring really fast. The first time you deflate it to put it away, you never really get the urge to play with it again. Just makes you wish you were playing frisbee.
