I've never found it to be very satisfactory in SE myself but then SE isn't very satisfactory in general. It can help to run Reshade alongside ENB to give it a little extra if slightly futile boost.

You can make it hard to notice but the nature of having separated meshes means it's still two standalone bodyparts mashed together, only way to solve it would be it being one big diffuse and that ship has unfortunately sailed a long time ago. At least with SE having less detailing it slips under the radar for SE users quicker. If it's visible gap seams, then just fiddle with it until done. Or dong.
